Intelligence, Communications, and Engineering, Inc Cryptological Linguistics/SIGINT SME in Ft. Huachuca, Arizona
Develop or revise all military intelligence (MI) unit collective tasks to comply with collective task standards and business rules established in support of the Chief of Staff of the Army’s (CSA) initiative for Accessing and Reporting Training Readiness (ARTR). Integrate MI collective tasks into standard unit task list (UTL) and non-standard training circular (TC) unit training products for approval and publication to operational training domain MI units. Perform mission and collective task analysis, design, and development, implementation and evaluation (ADDIE) process as specified in Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Regulation 350-70 and TRADOC Pamphlet 350-70-1, Chapters 2, 5, and 6.

DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Develop or reviseall MI unit collective Task in the TDC Online Database
Assist thegovernment in determining and developing unit Mission Essential Task Lists(METL), associated mission essential tasks (MET) collective tasks, andsubordinate supporting collective tasks (SCT).
Develop or reviseMI unit task lists (UTL) and/or non-standard Training Circular (TC)products containing the ARTR standardized collective tasks for MI units.
Enter allcollective task analysis data into the unclassified TDC online database.
Use either TDC orMicrosoft Word to develop associated UTL and TC unit training products.
Some Travel isRequired
MINIMUMJOB REQUIREMENTS :
Must have aBachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in a management position.
Must haveknowledge and experience with modern Army Military Intelligence forcestructures.
12 or moreconsecutive years of active cryptologic linguistics experience.
Held a leadershipor supervisor position executing cryptologic linguist signals intelligenceand electronic warfare operations within the last 4 years.
Supervisedmulti-mode foreign communication intercept and processing.
Supervised thedetection, acquisition, geolocation, identification, exploitation, andanalysis of foreign communications using signals intelligence/electronicwarfare (SIGINT/EW) systems.
Determined EWelectronic attack, electronic protection, and electronic supportrequirements for supported units.
Managed SIGINTcollection, exploitation, reporting missions and analytical projects.
Planned,organized, and coordinated organizational SIGINT activities and supervisedSIGINT teams, platoons, or other organizations.
Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
US Citizen andability to communicate in English
Meet oral andwritten grammatical guidelines in accordance with DA PAM 600-67
Interpersonal andbriefing skills to effectively communicate with other subject matterexperts and government/military higher headquarters

- Experience withTraining Development Capability (TDC) Software program
SecurityClearance : Must have and maintain a TS/SCI level security clearance.
